Terms of service
The agreement between you and Wheelhouse Trader.
The service
Wheelhouse Trader is software. It scores options contracts against rules you set, tracks a paper book, and can read positions from a brokerage you link. It never places trades or moves money.
Not advice
Nothing in Wheelhouse Trader is investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Every setup is a rule-based result from your own filters. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details private. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, paid features stay on until the end of the period you paid for. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades start at your next renewal. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. Founders pricing is locked for as long as the subscription stays active.
Data
Market data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Prices shown are not quotes for execution. Do not rely on Wheelhouse Trader as your only source.
Acceptable use
Do not resell the data, scrape the service, or try to access other users' accounts.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Wheelhouse Trader is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
